Delete your account

You can delete your Fixhora account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Fixhora → Profile → Settings → Delete Account → confirm

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us and we will delete your account within 30 days.

Or email contact@fixhora.com from your registered details with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

What is deleted

• Your name, profile photo, and phone number
• Your posted tasks and accepted gigs
• Your chat messages and ratings
• Your device push-notification tokens

What may be retained

To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with the law, your identity-verification (KYC) documents — Aadhaar photos and selfie video — and minimal identity details may be retained even after your account is deleted. This is limited to what is necessary for safety and legal purposes and is described in our Privacy Policy.
